Mgr. Katarína Uhrinová graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Pavol Jozef Šafárik in Košice in 2022. During her studies, she developed her practical experience as a legal trainee in a law firm. After graduation she became a junior lawyer at the law firm h&h PARTNERS, s.r.o.

Medical and pharmaceutical law

One of the primary areas of law that the firm specializes in is medical law. It is this area of law that Mgr. Katarína Uhrinová in cooperation with JUDr. Ivan Humeník, PhD. focuses her attention. She started to study medical law during her studies at the university, where she graduated from the medical law clinic. Within the scope of her practice at the firm, she focuses more closely on providing legal services to health care providers, pharmaceutical market entities, as well as patients. She focuses on the legal aspects of clinical trials of medicines and medical devices, as well as on the topic of advertising of medicines and medical devices. In addition, her agenda focuses on issues of medical documentation, legal risk management in the provision of health care and liability for damages in the provision of health care.

Personal data protection

Mgr. Katarína Uhrinová also focuses on issues related to the protection of personal data. In this area, she focuses her attention in particular on the processing of GDPR documentation for outpatient clinics and pharmacies, which is specifically focused on the nuances of medical and pharmacy care.

Commercial and employment law

Within the framework of commercial law, Mgr. Katarína Uhrinová, in cooperation with JUDr. Tomáš Husovský, focuses on the law of commercial companies, namely the establishment of commercial companies, their liquidation and the implementation of the necessary changes in commercial companies. Employment law issues are also part of her agenda.
