    One of the primary areas of law that the firm specializes in is medical law. It is this area of law that Mgr. Katar\u00edna Uhrinov\u00e1 in cooperation with JUDr. Ivan Humen\u00edk, PhD. focuses her attention. She started to study medical law during her studies at the university, where she graduated from the medical law clinic. Within the scope of her practice at the firm, she focuses more closely on providing legal services to health care providers, pharmaceutical market entities, as well as patients. She focuses on the legal aspects of clinical trials of medicines and medical devices, as well as on the topic of advertising of medicines and medical devices. In addition, her agenda focuses on issues of medical documentation, legal risk management in the provision of health care and liability for damages in the provision of health care.<\/p>\n

    Personal data protection<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Mgr. Katar\u00edna Uhrinov\u00e1 also focuses on issues related to the protection of personal data.
